Shipping & Deliveries
At Maze Collections, we strive to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days after receiving it. Please note that during peak sales and promotional periods, there might be slight delays, and we appreciate your understanding and patience. Shipping time frames are in addition to processing times. We cannot guarantee delivery within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates are only guides, and couriers may experience delays occasionally.
You should have received an order confirmation email upon checkout. If you cannot find it, please check your junk/spam folder. If it is still missing, contact us for assistance. Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with a Tracking ID will be sent to you. Use this ID on the DHL website to track your parcel's movements.

We generally do not offer split deliveries. However, if stock restrictions necessitate, we may send orders in multiple shipments.
Once the courier accepts your package, Maze Collections is not responsible for the delivery. Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not liable for issues such as incorrect address entry, shipment delays, or lost/stolen packages. Please contact the courier directly for delivery issues.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees depend on your purchase value and shipping destination. These will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Local customs authorities determine these charges, which may include product price and taxes. Depending on your location, you may choose Delivery Duty Paid or Delivery Duty Unpaid. If Delivery Duty Unpaid is selected, you are responsible for paying duties and taxes upon delivery. Some carriers may not release the package until payment is made. These charges are non-refundable, and additional fees may apply if the parcel is refused.
