Wholesale Terms

These wholesale terms (the "Terms") govern your purchase of Maze Collection product for resale and apply to every order placed through the Maze Collection wholesale platform. By placing an order with Maze Collection Inc ("Maze"), you confirm you have read and accept these Terms.

Trade eligibility

Wholesale accounts are open to licensed retailers and other trade buyers reselling Maze product in the ordinary course of business. We may, in our reasonable discretion, decline or close any account. To open an account you'll be asked to provide your business name, federal tax ID, a valid resale or sales-tax certificate, and trade references. Maze pricing, line sheets, and measurement specs are confidential and made available only after approval.

Pricing & terms

Wholesale pricing is published per case pack. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, and tariffs. Maze reserves the right to revise pricing at any time, though pricing will be honored for any order already accepted in writing.

The default payment term for approved accounts is Net 30 from the date of invoice. Maze may, in its discretion, require pre-payment, deposit, credit card on file, or modified terms for new, delinquent, or otherwise risk-flagged accounts.

Minimum order & case packs

Product is sold by the case pack. A minimum order of $150 (six cases) applies to all wholesale orders unless otherwise agreed in writing. Case packs cannot be broken; size and color curves within a case are fixed at the assortment posted on the line sheet.

Shipping & risk of loss

All orders ship FOB origin from the Maze warehouse in New York. Title and risk of loss pass to you at the point of pickup by the carrier. Standard freight is via ground carrier; expedited service is available on request and at the buyer's expense. Maze will use reasonable efforts to meet ship dates but is not liable for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, or force majeure events.

Inspection, returns & claims

You must inspect every shipment within 5 business days of receipt. Claims for shortage, mis-pick, damage, or defect must be submitted in writing to orders@mazecollection.com within that window. Claims outside the inspection window will not be honored. Maze does not accept returns of merchandise that has been ticketed, marked down, washed, or worn; remedy for accepted claims is replacement, credit, or refund, at Maze's election.

Resale conditions

You agree to resell Maze product only at or above any minimum advertised price ("MAP") that Maze publishes for the relevant season. Maze product may be resold through your approved physical and online storefronts; resale through unauthorized third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, Mercari, and similar) is prohibited without prior written consent. You will not remove, alter, or obscure any Maze branding, ticketing, or care labels prior to resale.

Trademark & intellectual property

"Maze Collection" and the Maze wordmark are trademarks of Maze Collection Inc. Your wholesale relationship does not grant you any right or license in those marks except the limited right to identify and resell genuine Maze product. All editorial photography, line sheets, and other creative assets remain Maze's property and may only be used as expressly authorized.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maze's liability arising out of any order is limited to the invoiced value of the affected merchandise. Maze is not liable for incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Term & termination

Either party may close the wholesale relationship at any time on written notice; any open invoices remain due in accordance with the original terms. Maze may suspend service immediately for non-payment, MAP or marketplace violations, or any breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in New York County.
