Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Maze Collection website at mazecollection.com and any subdomains (the "Site"), operated by Maze Collection Inc ("Maze," "we," or "us"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Wholesale only

The Maze Site is a business-to-business platform intended for licensed retailers and trade buyers. Pricing, line sheets, and ordering are made available only after a wholesale account is approved. Maze does not sell directly to consumers through this Site. If you have placed a wholesale order, your purchase is also subject to our Wholesale Terms, which control in the event of any conflict.

Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business to enter into a wholesale relationship with Maze. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at sales@mazecollection.com of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: (i) violate any law or third-party right; (ii) introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the Site's operation; (iii) scrape, mirror, or otherwise extract content without our written permission; or (iv) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Maze name and wordmark, product photography, editorial copy, line sheets, and design — is the property of Maze Collection Inc or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. Approved wholesale accounts may use product photography to market authorized Maze inventory; all other use requires our written permission.

Orders, pricing & availability

Pricing and availability shown on the Site are subject to change without notice. An order is not accepted until Maze confirms it in writing. We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, MAP violations, or other concerns. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maze disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, with respect to the Site itself. Warranties for product purchased through the Site are governed by the Wholesale Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maze's total liability arising out of your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00). Maze is not liable for incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the Site.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, in our reasonable discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in New York County.
