Refund policy
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in the same condition as received with no visible signs of wear or use. Products must be shipped with all labels included in the return package. You can return your product for store credit, exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.
All return must be initiated from the account page and shipped using a Maze Collection provided return label. Refunds will be initiated on receipt and inspection of the return. It is the customers responsibility to package and tender the item to the shipping services retail location, drop box or have it picked up.
Final Sale discounted items (as marked) are not eligible for return BUT are eligible for exchange of the same product (in different size or color) as long as it is available.
In the event the package is tendered to the authorized shipping service and is lost a refund will be immediately processed as long as tracking shows package was accepted or customer provides valid proof the packing was accepted by the carrier.
Damaged products will not be eligible for refunds unless customer can prove item was received in that condition. If a return is received damaged customer can request the products be shipped back to them and will be billed for any shipping charges,
